Our target is straightforward: we want high-volume originators and closers with an established book of business. We are primarily targeting proven Private Lending / BPL / DSCR producers funding $3M+ per month, with particular interest in candidates producing $4M, $5M+, and beyond. 

Company-provided leads are intended to supplement and grow an LO’s existing business — not replace it.

Inside Loan Officer: Private Lending / BPL / DSCR

Location: Tampa, FL – In Office

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company-Provided Leads + Full Benefits + 401(k)

The Opportunity:

We are building a high-performance sales team focused on real estate investors nationwide.

We want Loan Officers who can originate and close high volume, bring established client relationships, and continue building their own business.

The ideal candidate already has an active book of business and established relationships with real estate investors. We will provide company-generated leads as an additional opportunity to help our Loan Officers increase production beyond what they already generate.

This role is not for someone who intends to rely exclusively on company leads.

Our target is $3M+ in funded production per Loan Officer per month, with significant upside for producers who can reach $4M, $5M+, and beyond.

The Profile We Want:

• Existing book of business and client relationships
• Private Lending / BPL / DSCR-focused experience strongly preferred
• Proven high-volume originator and closer
• $3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to self-source and generate business
• Transferable pipeline is a significant plus
• Strong direct relationships with real estate investors
• Ability to convert company-provided leads into additional production
• High-volume, phone-first sales mentality
• Creates opportunities rather than waiting for them
• Strong ability to establish value, overcome objections, and ask for the business
• Relentless and disciplined follow-up
• Financially sharp and comfortable discussing leverage, credit, pricing, structure, and loan options
• Competitive, persuasive, resilient, coachable, and accountable
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline
• Takes ownership from initial conversation through closing
• Focused on funded volume, closed loans, repeat business, and referrals

Business Development and Market Presence:

Our Loan Officers are expected to continuously grow their own book of business and presence within the real estate investor community.

This includes:

• Traveling to industry conventions and conferences
• Hosting investor and client events
• Attending local real estate investor meetups weekly
• Prospecting and developing new investor relationships
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Building a strong presence throughout the Tampa market
• Turning successful closings into repeat and referral opportunities
• Continuously expanding their personal network and pipeline
