Inside Sales Account Manager – Industrial Manufacturing - Anaheim, CA

Elite Sourcing is partnering with a leading Southern California contract manufacturer specializing in precision metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, and custom metal enclosures for OEMs across industries including aerospace, industrial, infrastructure, and construction. They are expanding their sales team and seeking an Inside Sales & Account Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.

You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close, increase quote conversion rates, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities within target industries. This is not a passive order entry role. You are responsible for driving revenue and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•  Sales & Account Growth
•  Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into closed business
• Grow revenue within assigned accounts
• Identify new opportunities within existing customers
• Maintain strong long term customer relationships
• Pipeline & Project Management
• Manage full sales cycle from quoting through project completion
• Follow up consistently on open quotes and pending opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and forecasting
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and purchasing
• Performance & Reporting
• Track close rates, revenue growth, and account expansion
• Provide regular forecasting and sales activity updates

 Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales or account management experience
• Experience selling technical, industrial, or manufactured products preferred
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Organized with ability to manage multiple quotes and timelines
• Comfortable collaborating with cross functional teams
• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• Base salary: $70,000 to $120,000 DOE
• Uncapped earning potential   Expected OTE: $120,000 to $160,000+
