Job Overview:
Pay Range: $25.00hr - $30.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in science based field or related field.
- Customer facing experience.
- 1-2 years experience in sales, telemarketing, technical or related experience.
- Aptitude to learn, present, negotiate, persuade, and sell products/material to meet/exceed quota.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills and problem solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate and create ingenuity when needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting/exceeding goals.
- Team player and self starter.
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of individual and team goals and persist despite obstacles and opposition.
- Experience with software such as SAP, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to work in matrix organization and regulated environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and maximize sales growth.
- Engage with customers and respond to customer inquiries, requiring research and follow-up to drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales goals.
- Create and deliver differentiating messages and quantifiable economic value to sell products and services.
- Overcome objections and negotiate to close sales.
- Engage in uncovering and qualifying sales leads resulting in Salesforce funnel growth.
- Engage on-going account support and execute programs and campaigns to meet the customer and needs.
- Maintain timely, complete and accurate customer data in Salesforce.
- Utilize resources including but not limited to SAP, Salesforce.com, Agiloft, and Tableau.
- Create sales and/or service amendments and contracts in a timely fashion to ensure coverage/close.
- Generate warm leads by using provided talk tracks and customer lists.
