Responsibilities

• Generate new business daily through prospecting, open houses, and database follow-up

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients using proven systems and scripts

• Host consistent open houses to build pipeline and local market presence

• Manage contacts, tasks, and follow-up inside the CRM Powered by PLACE

• Guide buyers and sellers from consultation to closing with excellent client service

• Participate in team trainings, call nights, and accountability meetings

• Track weekly performance metrics including contacts, appointments, and contracts

• Build a consistent pipeline through disciplined follow-up and relationship building

Qualifications

• Active Arizona real estate license (new or experienced)

• Comfortable with lead generation including phone calls and in person conversations

• Coachable and willing to implement feedback and systems

• High level of personal accountability and time management, this is a full time career

• Basic proficiency with CRM and AI systems and technology or willingness to learn with our amazing training Powered by PLACE
