Based in the vibrant Lakewood community, Your Team Colorado is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent to manage client outreach and turn inbound leads into valuable real estate opportunities. This position is ideal for a proactive, energetic professional who performs well in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for real estate.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be an essential link between prospective buyers and sellers and our experienced real estate professionals. You’ll help ensure each client receives a smooth, positive experience beginning with the initial conversation. Responsibilities

• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
• Become a real estate local expert 
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Sales experience tracking to a quota 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts 
• Team player
• Real estate license preferred
