Summary

Team Taranto | Powered by PLACE is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to become an integral part of our expanding real estate team. In this position, you will connect with both inbound and outbound leads, nurture relationships, and schedule qualified appointments for our agents.

Your daily responsibilities will include making calls, sending texts, following up with potential clients, qualifying leads, and accurately documenting all interactions in our CRM system. Your efforts will play a crucial role in fueling the team’s growth and sustaining a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
  • Become a real estate local expert 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts

  • Real estate license preferred
