Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Associate on the Parts & eCommerce team, you will grow NCSs recurring Parts business with a select group of corporate car wash operators. You will be the subject matter expert and main point of contact for all Parts revenue-related questions.

You will collaborate frequently, virtually and in person, with teams across a customers organization (Maintenance, Purchasing, Finance) and partner with NCS Sales and Operations to identify growth opportunities, support their execution, and remove roadblocks to increasing NCS wallet share.

Successful candidates are self-starting individual contributors in the aftermarket space who excel at supporting large corporate accounts within matrixed B2B organizations. You combine strong analytical and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail, and you thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer Parts spend data to identify categories where NCS can become the primary supplier.
• Lead change-management efforts to realign buying behavior within assigned accounts, working closely with internal and external customers.
• Support Corporate Account Managers and field sales by managing inbound requests, quoting, and order coordination.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer account structures, pricing agreements, and purchasing behaviors.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing corporate relationships.
• Serve as the first escalation point for Parts-related issues, responding to customer inquiries promptly and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage one-off Parts quote requests, partnering with Supply Management to provide competitive pricing and accurate product availability.
• Provide back-order updates (on request) and expedite resolution of returns and claims.
• Track and report progress on Parts conversion efforts (financial and operational metrics), and field questions and requests for internal and external review meetings.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Champion the customers perspective within NCS, advocating for their needs and ensuring feedback is acted on.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service with a track record of increasing sales and driving customer satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of Inside Sales and Customer Service principles and a commitment to consistently positive customer experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint for analyzing and manipulating data), Tableau, and ClickUp.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Ability to comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory, and company safety policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a $10M+ Parts business for an OEM or distributor in the car wash, automotive, HVAC, or adjacent industrial goods and services B2B spaces.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP.
