Inside Sales Associate

Were looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to support a growing commercial sales team in Valencia. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable working with customers, and able to manage quotes, follow-up, order details, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Youll work closely with Sales Executives and internal teams to help move opportunities forward, maintain strong customer communication, and ensure accurate coordination from inquiry through order processing.

Youll work closely with Sales Executives and internal teams to help move opportunities forward, maintain strong customer communication, and ensure accurate coordination from inquiry through order processing.
What Youll Be Doing
- Support Sales Executives with customer communication, quotes, samples, proposals, RFQs, and RFPs
- Follow up with prospects and customers to help qualify leads and move opportunities forward
- Track sales opportunities, account activity, and customer information
- Enter and maintain accurate information in CRM and internal business systems
- Assist with order entry and product information
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Experience teams
- Help ensure timely responses and a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process
- Support ongoing account coordination and follow-up
What Were Looking For
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 35 years of customer service, call center, inside sales, or similar experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing quotes and handling customer follow-up
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with HubSpot and Infor preferred
- Comfortable performing basic calculations including percentages, discounts, and commissions
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
Nice to Have
- Bachelors degree
- Previous sales experience
- Experience working in a B2B or commercial environment
- Ability to interpret diagrams or architectural drawings
