Maid Brigade of NW Houston | Cypress / NW Houston, TX | Full-Time

About Us

At Maid Brigade of NW Houston, we deliver peace of mind, time back to busy families, and pristine spaces for businesses. Our teams work inside our clients' most private spaces, so trust and integrity are the foundation of everything we do.

The Role

This is a sales job, not a receptionist job. You'll own our inbound pipeline: take warm leads, build trust fast, and convert them from one-time cleans into long-term recurring clients. We don't micromanage. We want someone who loves the phone, is relentless about follow-up, and is driven by their numbers.

What You'll Do

• Convert inbound leads: respond quickly to warm residential and commercial leads by phone and text, listen, and close.
• Own the follow-up: work pending estimates and one-time clients until they become weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly accounts. The fortune is in the follow-up.
• Track your numbers daily: leads received, one-time bookings, and recurring conversion rate. If it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in phone sales, inside sales, or customer service, with measurable results you can talk about
• A warm, confident phone presence that puts people at ease about letting someone into their home
• Comfort with CRM, texting platforms, and scheduling software
• Self-drive: you see the gaps, make the calls, and don't need to be pushed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

• Base pay of $20-$22/hr, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on every booking, with the biggest payouts for recurring accounts
• Retention bonuses for accounts that stay with us
• Your role and earnings grow as we grow

How to Apply

Submit your resume with a short note about your sales experience. Want to stand out? Tell us about a sale you're proud of, especially one where you turned a one-time customer into a long-term client.
