Description The Counter Sales will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their requests and purchases. Counter Sales will answer customer questions and provide as much information as needed. Perform all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

POSITION: Counter Sales / Inside Sales

DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

FLSA: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

BUSINESS HOURS: M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm, 7:30am- 4:00pm. Rotating Weekly Schedule. Overtime as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Listen and communicate effectively by phone, e-mail, and in person.
• Build relationships with repeat customers.
• Receive and process quotes and orders using multiple software and order entry programs.
• Proactively assist customers with questions and problems.
• Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and customer service and value.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely matter

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• Competent in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Promote sales and customer service concepts.
• Professional and timely communication using all available resources.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

• 1 Year Inside Sales

SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS:

• There are no Supervisory Functions in this Position.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Office/Admin. with expectation to be active in facility.
