Four-Legged Fun Zone is looking for a energetic Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to help grow our dog daycare and grooming business. No cold calling required—we generate the leads; you build the relationships, close the bookings, and keep our clients coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Sales & Bookings: Follow up with warm leads via call, text, and email to turn inquiries into daycare enrollments, tours, and grooming appointments.
• Deliver 5-Star Service: Greet clients, answer incoming questions, schedule appointments, and manage client profiles in our system.
• Get Creative with Dogs: Step away from the desk to snap photos and film short, fun videos of our pup guests for social media!
• Keep Operations Smooth: Support front-desk flow and work alongside our team to keep client communications organized.

Who You Are:

• A Closer at Heart: You love making calls, closing sales, and ensuring no leads fall through the cracks.
• People-Focused: Warm, articulate, and confident communicating by phone, text, or in person.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Quick to learn new software, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
• Available Full-Time: Ready to work on-site Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.
• Live Close: within approximately 15 minutes of our facility at 6628 Evergreen Way in Everett, WA, for a convenient, reliable daily commute.
• Ready for Fun: Excited to work in a lively environment where your coworkers have four legs!
• Casual & Comfortable: Happy to trade business attire for jeans and sneakers every day!
