Inside Sales Foodservice

Job Summary

The Inside Sales - Food Service Specialist is responsible for assisting Baker Distributing grow the Foodservice lines of business sales by providing sales support, technical support, logistical information, pricing information, product information and inventory management. The ultimate goal of this role is to assist with sales efforts within the assigned territory.

Essential Duties/Accountabilities

• Assist Sales Centers in the support of House Accounts
• Request quotes from vendors.
• Track orders for timely job site delivery.
• Create customer quotes and submittals.
• Distribute pricing updates and company specials applicable to the area to the appropriate customers on a consistent basis.
• Participate in Baker revitalization initiatives and implement associated action items.
• Embrace and assist in Baker/Watsco technology initiatives.
• General Sales Center Support
• Other duties as assigned.
