Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine sales team and looking for driven, confident Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to take their sales career to the next level.

You'll be working with 100% warm inbound leads from people who have already reached out to Guardian Tax because they need help with IRS issues and tax debt.

Your role is to understand each client's situation and identify their needs. You'll present the right solution, overcome objections, and close the sale by helping clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns.

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Address questions and overcome objections throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

Who We're Looking For

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Inside or phone-based sales
• High-volume call centers
• Commission or quota-driven sales
• Financial services
• Debt settlement
• Tax relief
• High-ticket sales
• Division I (D1) athletics
• Recent college graduates looking to build a career in sales

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident objection-handling and closing abilities
• Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

Irvine, CAFull-Time | On-Site

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMOne half-day Saturday shift per month
