About Our Role:

The Inside Sales & Logistics Administrator will report directly to the Inside Sales & Logistics Lead. This role is full-time and on-site in our Sterling, Virginia office with additional travel to our satellite location in Chicago for training.

What You Will Do:

• Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat regarding rental equipment, quotations, order status, and general inquiries.

• Prepare rental and calibration quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate customer and transaction records within NetSuite and related systems.

• Coordinate with Operations, Calibration, Billing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.

• Research cost-effective shipping options, coordinate transportation using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and SWA Cargo, monitor shipments, and assist with returns and delivery issue resolution.

• Develop working knowledge of A-Rent's equipment, rental processes, and customer requirements.

• Support customer relationships by identifying rental needs and coordinating opportunities with the sales team.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Collaborate effectively with team members across locations and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Accurately prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain customer and rental records with minimal errors.

• Demonstrate reliability, accountability, equipment knowledge, and effective collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, or in a related field.

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, rental operations, logistics, or related experience.

• Prior work experience in sales, call center, or telephone support.

• NetSuite CRM/ERP experience preferred.

• Experience in equipment rental, distribution, calibration services, or logistics environments is a plus.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Pay:

• $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Hours:

• No less than 40 hours per week, OT available.
