Inside Sales Project Manager

Forge Strategies is partner with a local company who is searching for an Inside Sales Project Manager. The role pays $75-$85k plus bonus.

Key responsibilities:

• Create, prepare, and manage project quotes and estimates.

• Track active projects from initial customer inquiry through completion.

• Follow up with customers and distributors regarding quotes, pricing, and timelines.

• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Collaborate with aquatic design professionals.

• Review architectural plans and technical drawings.

• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate project requirements.

• Attend annual trade shows as needed.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities independently.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.

• Experience with project estimating, quoting, or project management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.

• Ability to read architectural plans and details in PDF and AutoCAD formats.

• AutoCAD editing experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
