The Solutions Expert is a technically and mechanically adept position, understand the needs of our customers, confidently give recommendations to suit their needs. Act as a the Kattsafe solutions expert, someone our clients and customers can rely on for accurate information and guidance.

Inside Sales Manager

Qualifications & Skills

-   Minimum 2 years in a sales engineering role or similar, with proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College

-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to actively listen and engage with customers.

-   Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software Hubspot preferred, and ERP software INFOR preferred

-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

-   Proven experience in standard construction methods, with a strong mechanical aptitude

-   Proven experience in developing tailored solutions for customers, truly being able to understand and solve their unique pain

-   Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

-   Some travel may be required

Performance Objectives 

Sales Cookbook:

-       # of Calls per week

-       # of Meetings per week 

Core Roles & Responsibilities

-   Generate solutions proposals for projects

-   Present product demonstrations and custom proposals

-   Attempt initial sales qualification

-   Input and update communication related to Deals in the CRM

-   Use configurator tools to create solutions-based proposals

Qualifications & Skills

-   Collaborate with sales team members and relevant departments to gather necessary information for solutions proposal creation

-   High level of detailed technical and mechanical knowledge of Kattsafe products

-   Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints

-   Collaborate with the Territory Sales Reps and assist in managing a pipeline and follow-up on proposed Deals

-   Promptly address and qualify inbound leads from various channels (in-market activity, phone, email, website, etc.) with a sense of urgency.

-   Engage with potential customers on a consultive basis, providing risk analysis, understanding their needs, qualify their requirements, and determine the appropriate solutions.

-   Provide product information, managing technical aspects of the responses, overcoming objections, and advance leads through the sales pipeline.

-   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.

-   Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

-       Generous base salary along with quarterly bonus potential

-       Potential OTE of $100k - $120k

-       401K company contribution up to 4%
