Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and support revenue goals. In this role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, identify needs, present solutions, and build lasting relationships through effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and energized by a fast-paced sales and customer success environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through phone, email, and other approved communication channels
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs, goals, and buying criteria
• Present products or services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline activity, and follow-up tasks in Dynamics CRM system
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to support growth initiatives
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, business development, account management, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport, ask effective questions, and influence purchasing decisions
• Organized approach to managing multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines
• Comfortable using Dynamics CRM software and standard business tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Professional, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and/or selling 
• Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques and pipeline management
• Knowledge of consultative selling approaches
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar systems

The compensation for the Inside Sales Representative in Arlington, Virginia is $55,000 to $75,000 annually.  There are two vacancies.
