We are searching for an Inside Sales Representative for Lamar Aero,our client in the aviation parts industry. This job is ideal for driven, relationship-focused candidates who enjoy connecting with clients around the world via phone and ensuring a successful customer experience from start to finish. This is a full-time, onsite position.
What Youâll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve company objectives.
- Connect with current and existing customers via phone to uncover needs, build relationships, generate quotes, and make sales.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and relationship building.
- Manage client relationships using CRM tools, including lead tracking, forecasting, contract negotiation, and pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure timely product delivery and a positive, endâtoâend client experience.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience making sales calls to generate business opportunities
- Proven background building successful client relationships
- Experience using a CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales
- Demonstrated background developing and executing sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- A history of following up after the sale to ensure client satisfaction with the product
- Strong active listening skills; asks follow-up questions to get to the root cause
- Excellent problem-solving abilities; sees issues through to resolution
- Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize under pressure
- Personalized, emphatic communication style
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience in freight, logistics, aviation, or related field
