Location: Canastota, NY area | On-site

We are conducting an exclusive search for an Inside Sales Representative to join a stable, growing company centrally located between Syracuse and Utica. This newly created position offers the opportunity to develop customer relationships, build a book of business, and grow your earning potential and career.

We're seeking a sales professional with 3+ years of consistent sales experience, preferably in industrial sales, who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing business.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop new business through email outreach, cold calling, and follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to inquiries, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate equipment and attachments.
• Prepare accurate quotes, follow up on opportunities, and help drive sales through to close.
• Build customer relationships and grow an assigned account list.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with the outside sales team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consistent sales experience, preferably in industrial or B2B sales.
• Comfortable with cold calling, email prospecting, and outbound business development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Experience in equipment, industrial products, or technical sales is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Canastota, NY area.
