Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative provides day-to-day sales support and customer service for assigned customer accounts. Working closely with one or more Account Managers, this role is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing quotations, communicating order status, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer experience. Key responsibility of this role will be to also build relationships with our key suppliers.
The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer inquiries and order management while supporting the Account Manager in delivering exceptional service and growing customer relationships. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to develop a solid understanding of Accuflows products and applications.
