Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate sales quotes
Communicate product specifications, applications, and product life cycle information
Help customers identify the best solutions for their needs
Provide information regarding product availability and pricing
Manage online inventory inquiries and email communications throughout the day
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls and sales pipeline activities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments
Prepare timely reports and keep management informed of sales activity
Collaborate closely with support teams, account management, business development, and community management
Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned
