Inside Sales Representative - Construction Supply

A leading building materials distributor is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have building materials experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with contractors and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by phone and at the sales counter
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist with product selection
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve customer questions
• Maintain strong product knowledge and provide solutions based on customer needs
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in building materials or distribution
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong math skills and computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
