    Job Description

    Hanes Fabrics in Conover, NC, a division of Hanes Companies and Leggett & Platt is seeking a qualified Inside Sales Representative. Hanes Fabrics is one of the leading distributors of drapery linings, interlinings, and light-blocking fabrics to the residential and hospitality markets.  

    Position Summary

    The Inside Sales Representative supports revenue generation through lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales support activities across markets and regions. This role enables improved pipeline visibility, execution consistency, and scalable growth.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify new leads across markets and regions
    • Maintain pipeline accuracy and update opportunity stages
    • Ensure all sales activities are documented in CRM
    • Support sales reps with follow-ups, quotes, and customer communication
    • Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials
    • Provide flexible support across regions and accounts

    Key Design Principles

    • Owns company pipeline support, qualification, and consistency
    • Supports multiple regions and markets with opportunity tracking and follow up
    • Does not always own full sales cycle

    Qualifications

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Experience with CRM systems and data management
    • Comfortable with outbound communication and lead qualification
    • Collaborative and adaptable across teams
