Inside Sales Representative | Home Depot Location (Ft. Pierce, FL)

Base pay up to $16 per hour

$10 spiff per booked lead + $10 per ran lead

- Proactively approach and engage customers throughout the store

- Book appointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates and service calls

- Hit a minimum of 10 booked leads per week

- Represent Climate Experts with professionalism and energy on every shift

- Strong communication skills and the ability to read people quickly

- Reliable transportation and smartphones

- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays

- Ability to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hours per shift

- Must pass background check and follow our tobacco-free policy

- No HVAC or home services experience required — we will train you on the product
