The Inside Sales team is responsible for the support, training, and best practice coaching and account retention and expansion for all customers. You will strategize customer support execution, communicate with other departments to ensure synergy. You will proactively look for new and innovative ways to ensure our customers' success with our products and generate sales opportunities. Your primary responsibility is account expansion. You will work directly with an Account Manager and coordinate meetings to demo NEOGOV products.
This is an on-site role located in Draper, Utah. Candidates must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday during standard business hours. This role involves real-time collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in team meetings, and active engagement in the office environment.
Work Environment Requirements:
This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
Must be available for in-person, ad-hoc team discussions, coaching, and feedback sessions throughout the workday.
Required to attend and participate in daily stand-ups, team meetings, training, and company events held in the office.
Reliable daily commute to the office is required.
