Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM / 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM 
• One required evening shift per week: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
• $6.00/hour Saturday shift differential 
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs 

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information about our services
• Handle homeowner questions and objections professionally
• Gather and verify customer information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers
• Schedule in-home consultations for sales representatives
• Enter appointment and customer information into company systems
• Maintain accurate records and lead activity reports
• Conduct quality control and follow-up calls
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospective customers to confirm interest and appointments
