The assortment of consumable and durable goods spans multiple product categories including film, radiation protection, contrast and contrast-delivery systems, patient positioning and transport, markers, quality assurance, phantoms, and much more.Scope of the RoleThe Inside Sales Representative strengthens established accounts and creates new buying opportunities by engaging healthcare decision makers across hospitals, imaging centers, orthopedic/surgical centers, and non-acute facilities. This role exists to consistently deliver quota and margin results across capital equipment, digital imaging solutions, service agreements, and durable products.Key responsibilities include managing a territory plan; scheduling and completing sales calls; delivering effective product and solution presentations; advancing opportunities with manufacturer partners, service teams, and digital imaging specialists; responding to pricing, product, and service inquiries; and maintaining accurate activity, contact, and pipeline records in a CRM.Required qualifications/skills:- Consultative selling and territory management; ability to meet sales targets- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Solid organization, time management, and independent work habits- Basic technical aptitude with medical imaging equipment and digital imaging softwareApply to help customers select the right imaging solutions and drive measurable territory growth.How Your Day FlowsYour day starts with a quick review of your calendar and open opportunities, then a focused outreach block to confirm appointments and follow up on active quotes. Midday is typically spent on scheduled customer meetings across the local area, with time built in to coordinate next steps and align resources before the next stop. Between visits, you document updates in the CRM so forecasts and handoffs remain clear. Some weeks include an overnight trip for a higher-priority engagement or multi-site visit.
