Inside Sales Representative

Employment type: Temporary with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position

Location: Remote, serving customers in Memphis and surrounding areas

Compensation: $62,000 base salary plus commission

About the Role

When an industrial plant runs short of ultra-pure water, production can stop. Getting it back up and running fast is what our Memphis service team does best. We keep medical device manufacturers, food and beverage producers, pharmaceutical plants and other manufacturers supplied with clean, deionized water through our DI tank exchange, mobile deionization and resin regeneration services.

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to grow our DI tank exchange business by winning new accounts, expanding existing ones and building recurring relationships that keep customers with us for years. You bring the sales instinct and drive; we provide the knowledge. Full training on our services and applications begins on day one.

What You Will Do

• Develop a working knowledge of our DI tank exchange services and the customers and markets they serve.
• Generate new service opportunities through outbound calls, video meetings and email to expand our market share.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and convert inquiries and quotes into signed agreements and repeat business.
• Understand each customer’s water treatment needs and recommend the right service.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing industrial accounts.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities across our service lines.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM system.
• Partner with our Memphis operations and field service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

• Enjoy prospecting by phone and take pride in turning an opportunity into a win.
• Are motivated by targets and rewarded by the commission that comes with hitting them.
• Stay positive after a “no” and move confidently to the next opportunity.
• Prefer building long-term customer relationships over chasing one-time sales.
• Are curious about how technical services work and why they matter to customers.
• Are self-motivated and organized enough to keep a busy pipeline moving.

What We Offer

• $62,000 base salary plus a commission plan that rewards you as you achieve your sales goals.
• A clear path from temporary to full-time employment.
• Comprehensive training on our service lines and water treatment applications.
• A place on a growing service team with real momentum in Memphis and surrounding areas.
• Room to develop your career as the business expands.
• Supportive colleagues across operations, field service and technical teams who want you to succeed.
