Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting and growing sales with House Accounts and York Dealers for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned House Accounts and York Dealers.
• Proactively contact customers to drive sales and improve margins.
• Prepare quotations for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Enter and manage customer orders, including shipment tracking and follow-up.
• Provide responsive post-sale support and resolve customer inquiries.
• Facilitate product returns and assist customers with warranty processing and training.
• Promote special offers, marketing campaigns, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Support counter sales and provide exceptional customer service as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
• Experience working directly with HVAC dealers or contractors.
• Experience supporting residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
