We focus on providing exceptional products and services to our customers with the best solutions for their conveyor and screening material handling applications.ASGCO is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales/ Customer Service Rep and Inventory Specialist to join our inside sales team. This role requires a dependable professional with communication and organizational skills to support customer relations and internal sales operations.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage customer accounts, quote products, and ensure timely follow-up on quotes and callbacksManage inventory of key distribution product linesProcess purchase orders and track shipments for stock and ship direct orders per company policyTrack quotes and shipments to ensure timely deliveryGenerate sales activity and account reportsLiaise between Outside Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure customer satisfactionFollow company policies and safety proceduresPerform additional tasks and special projects as neededQualifications:2 years of customer service, purchasing and/or inventory managementProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sales Force, AS400, and other business systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage deadlinesHigh level of integrity, reliability, and professionalismOpportunities:ASGCO offers a competitive base salary with outstanding commission potential and a progressive benefits package, including 401(k) and company match*, college tuition plans, health care, as well as an opportunity for professional growth.
