Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls daily with doctors, nurses, and medical professionals who have already expressed interest in our programs.
• Close enrollments, memberships, advanced certifications, and continuing-education programs.
• Educate prospects rather than simply answering questions — understand their goals and show them why Empire is the right choice.
• Upsell and cross-sell appropriate programs that provide additional value.
• Own your pipeline and follow-up process through our CRM.
• Consistently achieve $100K–$150K in monthly sales, depending on your track.
• Build relationships, close business, make money, and grow.

Who We Want
We are looking for real salespeople — competitive, motivated closers who enjoy winning.
You should have:

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably phone-based and in-office.
• A proven record of producing $100K–$150K+ in monthly revenue and meeting or exceeding quota.
• Excellent communication, listening, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong CRM and pipeline-management skills.
• The discipline to follow up consistently and the personality to make people want to buy from you.
• A genuine desire to earn substantially more as your performance increases.
