The Inside Sales Representative - Outbound connects with homeowners who have shown interest and helps turn that interest into qualified sales appointments. This role uses confident outreach, curiosity, persuasive communication, disciplined follow-up, and strong objection navigation to create a positive first sales experience and move homeowners toward an in-home consultation.

Location: On-site (Bedford Heights, OH)

 

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour (plus commission)

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

• Make proactive outbound calls and follow-up contacts with homeowners who have shown interest in LeafGuard.
• Open conversations with confidence, establish relevance quickly, and create enough interest to continue the sales conversation.
• Ask strong discovery questions to understand homeowner needs, timing, fit, and readiness for an appointment.
• Navigate questions and objections with professionalism, persistence, and a positive sales mindset.
• Convert interested homeowners into accurate, qualified appointments that support the field sales team’s success.
• Maintain strong daily activity discipline and document outcomes, next steps, and customer details accurately in the CRM.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior outbound sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, telemarketing, or phone-based sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedule, meet activity expectations, and follow established sales and compliance processes.
