Job Description

What You’ll Do 

• Engage warm leads through calls, texts, and email 
• Explain products, answer questions, and close sales 
• Deliver an exceptional experience that earns repeat business 
• Follow up consistently and overcome objections 
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 1+ year of steady work experience in sales, retail, hospitality, serving, bartending, call center, or customer service required
• Sales, commission, or other performance-based experience strongly preferred 
• Money-motivated and competitive: you want your pay tied to your results 
• Positive and coachable: you welcome feedback and are driven to hit your goals 
• Resilient under pressure: objections and sales targets push you forward 
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required 
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
