Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Job Summary

Client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer accounts, drive sales growth, support existing customers, and onboard new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts and CRM records.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, equipment service, billing issues, and delivery claims.
• Conduct proactive sales and customer support calls.
• Identify sales opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Qualify and convert leads through CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track KPIs, sales activities, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and activity reports.
• Support new account setup and onboarding.
• Participate in team meetings and occasional business travel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, restaurant, coffeehouse, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Outlook.
• CRM experience with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong sales and problem-solving skills.
