Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify sales opportunities.

Build relationships with customers and identify their needs.

Present products and services while answering customer questions.

Schedule follow-up calls and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.

Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Manage leads throughout the sales pipeline.

Meet daily and weekly activity goals.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve company objectives.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or retail sales preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Experience using a CRM system is a plus.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
