Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing company in the Tampa area, for an Inside Sales Representative to join their revenue team. Day to day, you will spend your time on the phone and in email and CRM workflows, qualifying inbound leads, running outbound prospecting campaigns, and guiding prospects from first contact through to a closed deal. People who thrive in this role are naturally curious, comfortable with rejection, organized with follow-up, and energized by hitting a number every month. Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM-driven campaigns
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Conduct product and service presentations over the phone and via video conferencing
Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline from first touch through close
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activity in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and messaging
Follow up consistently with warm leads and past prospects to nurture long-term relationships
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines
Partner with account management to ensure smooth customer handoff after close
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar quota-carrying role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using a CRM platform such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Comfortable with high call volume and a fast-paced sales environment
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work hybrid, splitting time between the Tampa office and remote work
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Resilient, coachable, and eager to grow within a sales organization
