Inside Sales Representative - (Trenton, NJ)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will contribute to total company revenues by verifying, organizing and scrubbing data and contributing to overall outside sales and marketing strategies by becoming knowledgeable on all service offerings and target markets. This position will report to the Business Development Director and interface across the company supporting the sales organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Verify, organize, scrub, and maintain data in HubSpot CRM database.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on targeting/grooming prospects' contacts within our region.
• Provide forms management and development support (MS Office and Acrobat)
• Assist Business Development Director with standardizing marketing collateral, presentations and internal forms across the organization. (MS Powerpoint)
• Provide backup support to Business Development Director and outside sales staff
• Assist during the pre-sales, sales, presentation, and proposal process as required
• Collaborate with Operations groups as needed to support sales activities
• Customer (warm) cold-calls and follow-up

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, et al.
• Working knowledge of Industrial manufacturing and contracting a plus
• Must have the ability to self-motivate and work independently to accomplish tasks.
• Must be comfortable working across all levels of the Organization.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Associates / technical degree, related certification, or comparable experience
• Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong customer orientation.
• Good problem-solving skills, positive and results-oriented attitude.
