Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication methods.
Identify and qualify new sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Present BARR Credit Services’ offerings with professionalism and confidence.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
