    Job Description

    Experienced Inside Sales Representative

    We’re seeking an experience Inside Sales Support Representative to partner with our Account Executives and manage customer requests from initial inquiry through final delivery. This role includes product research, sourcing, quote preparation, order entry, and proactive follow-up. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects independently, catch missing information before submission, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines.
     
    Our main headquarters are in Virginia Beach, VA, but we are open to hiring remotely in FL, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, PA, or TX. The salary role for this range is $45,000 - $55,000/year based on experience.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Support assigned sales reps with project research, sourcing, pricing, quotes, and presentations
    • Communicate directly with customers to gather requirements, answer questions, and obtain necessary information and approvals
    • Prepare accurate quotes and order submissions, verifying pricing, quantities, decoration details, artwork requirements, shipping information, and delivery deadlines
    • Track open quotes, orders, and customer requests, proactively identifying issues and following through until resolved
    • Maintain complete customer records, project notes, and follow-up tasks in CRM
    • Manage daily priorities independently and escalate issues that require the rep or manager involvement
    Qualifications:
    • Prior relevant experience is required in supporting sales reps with quoting, order processing, and ongoing customer account support
    • Promotional products or branded merchandise experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines independently with a high attention to detail
    • Hands-on CRM experience required; Facilis/Syncore experience a plus
    • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through
    • Confidence using technology to organize daily work and stay ahead of customer needs
    • A proactive, dependable approach and a strong sense of ownership
