Inside Sales Representative | Wholesale

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with existing wholesale customers and potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing structure.
• Maintain and grow relationships with accounts to drive repeat business and increase sales volume.
• Work collaboratively with the outside sales team to support field efforts and share relevant account updates.
• Track order status and resolve any issues related to fulfillment, returns, or delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
• Provide input on promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer incentives.
• Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization.
