Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, typically 8:30 am to 5:30 p.m.

REPORT TO:Inside Sales Specialist Team LeadThe Inside Sales Specialist works closely with Operations and Sales personnel to ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner to meet forecasted requirements. Typical responsibilities include communicating with customers via email and phone calls. Coordination of customer forecast and order requirements involves communication with toll manufacturers and third-party warehouses. Order management responsibilities include accurate data entry and reporting.Position Responsibilities:Essential Functions:1. Prioritize customer engagement to provide timely communication and support.2. Accurately enter orders into the business operating system3 Send order acknowledgements to customers4. Send shipment instructions to warehouses5. Review order fulfillment status6. Check product availability and supply7. Provide tracking information to customers8. Forecast import and domestic production for customer orders9. Answer phone calls and emails10. Assist with preparation of sample shipments.11. Accurate use and reports of the inventory management systemCompetencies:1. Organizational Skills Ability to maintain a high level of accurate inventory tracking and organization2. Problem solving Skills-Ability to identify and correct errors, and modify processes as needed3. Technology Competency- Ability to understand and properly track inventory using handheld scanners and PC in addition to creating labels and shippingdocuments.4. Attention to Detail-Ability to accurately record transactions in the ERP system5 Quality Awareness- Understand the level of quality required by the automotive industry and perform accordingly.6. Sense of Responsibility-Understands the importance of maintaining and accurately reporting inventory movement to accomplish company objectives7. Teamwork ability to work with other employees, vendors and Inside Sales establishing healthy positive work relationshipsRequired Education and Experience1. Bachelors degree or equivalent.2. Experience in supply chain or purchasing management.(5-10years)3. Knowledge and experience in working with MS Office. (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)4. Detail orientated5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.6.
