Why this role

You’ll own a multi-state territory of building automation integrators and contractors, selling from a catalog of 140M+ products across 200+ manufacturers. Every account has room to grow, and there are plenty of new opportunities to uncover!

You’ll spend most days in the office on virtual and phone appointments. You also have the opportunity travel 2–4 times a year to meet customers in person. You'll have the support of a technical and world-class customer experience team behind you.

What you’ll do

• Grow share of wallet with existing accounts and onboard new ones through regular business reviews and proactive outreach.
• Quote, negotiate, and close customer construction projects.
• Train customers on the products we represent and help them get the most from our online catalog.
• Build relationships with our manufacturer partners.
• Keep CRM current so the team can support you and your customers.
• Contribute to sales meetings, workshops, joint calls, and trade shows.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in B2B inside sales or account management, ideally in HVAC, controls, electrical, or industrial distribution.
• Comfortable calling on everyone from technicians to owners.
• Familiarity with using Ai.
• Organized, self-directed, and competitive about hitting targets.
• Bonus: familiarity with building automation or HVAC products.
