Inside Sales Support

Our client, a manufacturer, is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to help sales leaders and customers move requests from initial pricing through order processing. This role combines quote preparation, order accuracy, customer communication, and consistent follow-through. You will own the details, keep customers informed, and coordinate with sales leaders when questions need their input.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and prepare accurate customer quotes.
• Process customer orders, checking prices, specifications, and order information for accuracy.
• Track submitted quotes and follow up on open requests and unanswered questions.
• Provide timely, professional customer service throughout the quoting and ordering process.
• Work with sales leaders to clarify customer needs, resolve questions, and keep orders progressing.
• Maintain organized pricing records and activity tracking using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage requests through completion, ensuring details and follow-up remain on track.

Qualifications

• Strong business communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and sales leaders.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills for organizing pricing, tracking activity, and maintaining records.
• Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and reviewing order information.
• An organized, proactive approach to managing requests and following through on commitments.
• Ability to take ownership of the pricing, submission, and follow-up process while involving sales leaders as needed.
