Inside Sales Team Leader

• Location: On-site 225 NY-303 #108, Congers, NY 10920
• Hours of work: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Reporting relationship: Sales Director
• Managing 6-8 Account Manager direct reports
• Exempt: Yes
• Salary range:$125,000 - $150,000

Purpose of Role:
To manage the Company’s Inside Sales department, including setting and achieving Sales
Targets and KPIs. This is a strategic role that includes motivating and leading the Sales Team
and ensuring Sales Reporting is conducted in a timely manner.

Core Responsibilities Outline:

• Responsible for the KPIs of the Inside Sales team, including motivation for the team to hit those targets and adjusting where necessary
  • Targets as shown by the weekly Sales PPT
  • 30 Minute Response Time
  • Phone Answering Speed
• Work in conjunction with HR on the acquisition and training of new team members
  • Training and onboarding will be your responsibility, HR will be available to assist as a resource
• Creation of strategic quarterly sprints, designed to move the sales team forward,
• that will be reviewed in the Leadership Weekly Business Review (WBR)
• Development and implementation of an effective daily time zone
• Database management
• Sales Reporting including the weekly Sales PPT & Monthly Sales Reporting
• Create strategic plans for the future of the Inside Sales Team when necessary

• Overall Sales Order Accuracy
• Team ENPS
• Phone Answering Speed

Daily:

• Provide motivation and resources for your team to hit their KPIs
• Work with HR & Management on any team member issues or concerns
• Provide training for all sales procedures
• Work in conjunction with Operations to resolve any logistical or operational customer issues
• Daily leadership and management of Inside Sales Team
• Any additional duties that fall into your role
