Compensation & Benefits

• $16.80–$24 per hour, based on performance

• 10%–20% commission

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Make calls to business owners

• Present advertising opportunities and explain product benefits

• Build relationships and handle customer questions

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Participate in ongoing coaching and training

This is a phone-based sales role requiring confidence, persistence, and a positive attitude.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who are eager to learn, communicate confidently, and work toward goals.

No previous sales experience is required! We welcome entry-level applicants who are coachable, reliable, and motivated to succeed.

Relevant experience that may be helpful includes:

• Car sales and automotive sales

• Computer, technology, and electronics sales

• Retail and customer service

• Call centers, telemarketing, and phone sales

• Wireless, insurance, and business development

These backgrounds are a plus, not a requirement. We're willing to train the right candidates who bring a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

Schedule & Location

• Location:  Gresham-Fairview Area 

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

• Employment: Full-time, in-office

• Weekends: Not required
