Inspection - 1st Shift

Milwaukee Precision Casting is now hiring a full time direct hire candidate for the Finishing department, Inspection, 1st Shift.

Starting pay of $17.00 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs visual inspections and reworks parts per inspection instructions on process sheet, inspection files or instructions given from Finishing Supervisor, Shift Lead or Plant Manager.
2. Able to fill out scrap report.
3. Able to inspect per the grade requirements of the part (i.e. to not over-inspect or let too many defects go).
4. Able to read and fill out the Production/Process Sheet and follow written and verbal directions.
5. Able to understand difference between the following casting defects: excess metal, non-fill, broken, and cut-off/grinding damage.
6. Obey all safety rules.
