GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support Inspection department in technical needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
a. System include Parsytec, Cognex, etc....
b. Review new equipment and techniques
a. Work as liaison between QC and Operations and Inspection departments in solving
quality related issues
b. Assist with data analysis and reports to aid investigations
Assist in maintaining inspection standards and work instructions
Assist in completing internal and external corrective actions
Provide Claims review and Internal missed defect reports
Perform analysis/audits of inspection records for accuracy and compliance with Work
Instructions.
Provide support as Calibration Manager
Assist Supervisor with the Inspection department safety program
Other duties and special projects as assigned by Inspection Supervisor

MINIMUM EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
a. Metallurgy / Material Science
b. Mechanical / Industrial Engineer
c. Physics / Chemistry
d. Computer Science (with Inspection system experience)
Two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Excellent computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Good communication skill
