Inspection Manager

• Manage inspection team, across 3 shifts, to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Train and mentor inspection staff on best practices and new technologies.
• Implement and manage state-of-the-art measurement and load machine equipment.
• Develop and refine measurement protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Utilize Lean methodologies to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain the calibration program and tracking of all tools and gages, including addition of new equipment and replacement of equipment

A successful 'Inspection Manager' should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related degree preferred OR equivalent experience that demonstrates comparable knowledge and capabilities will also be considered.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Greenbelt certification with extensive experience in SPC implementation is preferred
• Proven experience in implementing and managing measurement and load machine equipment.
• Strong background in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Significant experience in automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Base salary of $85k-$105k depending on experience
