Your Contribution

• Performs visual and dimensional in-process and final inspection of all products in accordance with established processes and procedures
• Performs, with limited direct supervision, visual and dimensional in-process and final inspections of most products in accordance with SPIs and inspection and test methods
• Completes and submits accurate reporting of inspection results and data, including R&D projects
• Uses the majority of types of measuring equipment, and references prints, to perform most types of inspection methods and procedures
• Operates some types of inspection machines within a particular product line
• Performs first article inspections
• Complies with all safety rules and regulations
• Trains less qualified inspectors and instructs manufacturing personnel in various inspection methods and procedures
• Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program
• Able to meet utilization targets and standard times
• Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer
• Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers
• Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures

Your Profile

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Knowledge of gauging and measuring equipment preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required

Hourly Pay Ranges: Level C ($1900-$2150); Level B ($2200-$2450); Level A ($2500-$2750)

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience
