Position Summary: Inspect product for defects, ensuring quality before product is shipped.
Inspect furniture as needed in any area ofplant production. Look at the product as you are the customer. Must understand the complete case production to the finished product. Has a keen eye to find a quality issue. Takes a final exit photo of all products exiting plant.

Harley Ferguson Shuford, Sr. established Century Furniture Company in 1947 as a selling agent for local upholstery lines. A year later, he built a casegoods plant in Hickory, North Carolina and manufactured an 18th century style mahogany dining suite that shipped the following January. Today Century’s Wood Products Division offers a variety of styles comprised of more than 700 different items. The company is known for managing the complexities of a broad product line while continually improving its quality and service.
